Eligibility:
The Bold Aviator Beaver Creek Getaway Giveaway 2024 (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bold Aviator, Beaver Creek Fly-In Cabin, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Prize Description:
The winner will receive:
- A 3-night stay at the Beaver Creek Fly-In Cabin, booked through Airbnb. The winner must have an Airbnb account in good standing and comply with Airbnb’s terms and conditions.
- Maximum occupancy of 6 people at the cabin.
- Cabin stay is subject to availability and blackout dates determined solely by the cabin owner. Availability on Airbnb may not reflect the actual availability for this prize.
- A $1500 travel credit, provided as a pre-paid gift card at Bold Aviator’s discretion.
- A $500 Bold Aviator e-gift card.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on October 18, 2024 and ends on November 26, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PST. Bold Aviator reserves the right to extend or modify the Giveaway at its discretion.
How to Enter:
- No purchase necessary to enter.
- You must follow both Bold Aviator (@boldaviator) and Beaver Creek Fly-In Cabin (@beavercreekmaine) on Instagram to qualify.
- The winner must be following both accounts at the time of the drawing.
- By entering, participants agree to opt-in to email marketing from Bold Aviator and Beaver Creek Fly-In Cabin.
- By entering, participants agree to opt-in to SMS marketing from Bold Aviator.
- Gain additional entries by referring others to the Giveaway. Participants receive one extra entry for each person who joins the Giveaway using their unique referral code/link and verifies their email.
Winner Selection:
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced on Thursday, November 28, 2024. The winner will be notified via email, SMS, or Instagram and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.
Prize Conditions:
- The cabin stay is subject to the owner’s terms, including a maximum of 6 people. No exceptions will be made for additional guests.
- Travel credit will be provided as a $1500 pre-paid gift card.
- All taxes, fees, and any additional costs related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
