We will happily exchange or refund your item 30 days from your purchase date, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition (NOT USED). 

*Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.

Enjoy the convenience of free return shipping for returns & exchanges, with a restocking fee of $7.50 exclusively applied to returns for refunds.

Return Policy

Refund

Once your return package is delivered back to us, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that the $7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit 

We will happily exchange your item for store credit. Once your return package is delivered back to us, you will receive a refund, not including original shipping costs, in the form of a digital gift card within 1-3 business days. 

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges, but only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label.

If the item isn’t available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to the shipping carrier.

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above. Bold Aviator does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside of our return portal.
