Frequently asked questions
Is there a design fee?
No. Pricing is simple and there is no up-front cost to you. If you decide not to move forward after we’ve created designs for you, a $750 cancellation fee covers our team’s time.
Can I reorder?
Of course! And we make it easy. Reorders are priced at whatever tier the reorder quantity falls into. A 50-unit reorder is priced at the 50–99 tier. A 500-unit reorder is priced at the 500–799 tier.
How long does it take?
We will provide you with initial concepts 2 weeks after the creative brief is completed. Once design(s) are approved and payment is received, production typically takes 2–4 weeks for orders under 800 units and 4-8 weeks for 800+ unit orders.*
We will try our best to accommodate any timeline so just let us know.

Do you do hats, hoodies, or other products?
We are only doing Tees for the launch of this new program. Hoodies and hats are on the roadmap — reach out and we’ll let you know when they’re available.
