- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.
- We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, imagery, and pricing may contain errors. Colors may display differently across screens.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including after an order has been placed — for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through our secure checkout, provided by Shopify. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship the item.
6. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping timelines, rates, and shipping protection are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds, and restocking fees are described in our Refund Policy. Please review both before ordering.
7. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotional offers, discount codes, and free-shipping thresholds are subject to change and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and apply only while supplies last. Gift cards are redeemable toward purchases on boldaviator.com and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and the marks "Bold Aviator" and "Resume Own Navigation™" — is owned by or licensed to Bold Aviator and protected by intellectual property laws. Part B — Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions
The following Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions govern our SMS/text messaging program and are provided in full below.
Effective Date: March 27, 2025
1. Program Description
Bold Aviator operates a mobile messaging service allowing customers to receive text messages about products, promotions, and brand updates. Opting in constitutes agreement to these terms. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the service without notice, and continued enrollment following changes indicates acceptance of revised terms.
2. Types of Messages
Subscribers may receive: promotional messages covering new products, limited-time offers, and exclusive discounts; transactional messages including order confirmations and shipping updates; and program-related messages such as opt-in confirmations and HELP responses.
3. How to Opt In
Customers can opt in by submitting their mobile number through website forms, texting keywords to designated numbers, or checking SMS consent boxes at checkout. "Consent is not a condition of any purchase."
4. Message Frequency
"Message frequency varies. We may send multiple messages per month" based on subscription type, with potential increases during promotional periods.
5. Message and Data Rates
"Message and data rates may apply." Standard carrier charges apply; Bold Aviator bears no responsibility for wireless carrier fees.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

Service operates on major U.S. carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile/Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, Boost Infinite, Consumer Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, Metro by T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Straight Talk, TracFone, US Cellular, and Xfinity Mobile. Carrier participation may change without notice.
9. Privacy
Personal information handling follows the Privacy Policy at boldaviator.com/privacy/. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Eligibility
Service is available to subscribers aged 13 and older. Enrollees confirm they are account holders or have the holder's permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
"BOLD AVIATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILED, DELAYED, OR MISDIRECTED DELIVERY" of messages, errors, or actions taken in reliance on the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
Updates become effective upon posting. Continued service use indicates acceptance of new terms.
